- What happens to my data if I cancel?
- Nothing is deleted. Your pantry, freezer, garden, harvest history, recipes and meal plans stay exactly as they are. Your account simply returns to the Free plan limits, and you can resubscribe at any time to unlock everything again.
- Can I switch between monthly and annual?
- Yes. You can change your billing period at any time. Note that the Founding Member price is a launch offer — if you cancel it, it may no longer be available when you come back.
- Who handles payment?
- Payments and subscription billing are processed by Paddle, our authorized reseller. Paddle handles payment, invoicing and applicable sales tax. Putting Up never sees or stores your card details.
