If Putting Up isn't right for you, email hello@puttinguphomestead.com within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. No forms, no justification needed.
How to cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings, or by emailing hello@puttinguphomestead.com. Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep Full access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for — we do not cut access off early.
What happens to your data
Cancelling never deletes your records. Your pantry and freezer items, supplies, gardens, harvest history, recipes, meal plans, goals, tasks and Farm Brain conversations all remain in your account. When the paid period ends your account returns to the Free plan, and resubscribing restores Full access to everything immediately.
Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. If an annual renewal charges unexpectedly and you have not meaningfully used the Service in that new term, contact us within 14 days of the renewal and we will refund it.
Refunds outside these windows
We review other refund requests case by case and try to be fair — particularly for duplicate charges, billing errors, or an extended outage that prevented you from using the Service. Write to us and explain what happened.
How refunds are processed
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. You can also contact Paddle directly about a specific charge using the details on your invoice or receipt email.
Your statutory rights
This policy is in addition to, and does not limit, any refund or withdrawal rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
